We propose a cooperative effort called the PCIS Project to establish a sustainable community with an integrated retreat center. The vision is to create a thriving, transparent, and self-sustaining environment where members live, work, and grow together.

Community Structure

Membership:

  • 20 members (initial phase)
  • One-time fee of $50,000 per member (deposited into community bank)
  • Transparency in all financials is mandatory
  • Member Responsibilities:

  • Each member contributes 3 trades/skills
  • Work hours: 6 AM – 6 PM (Monday-Friday, Saturday Cleaning day, Sunday Rest day)
  • Members own their residences and contents
  • Governance:

  • 5 board members oversee all community and retreat operations
  • Agriculture:

  • Designated food forest and vegetable garden areas

  • Retreat Center Facilities (Phase 1) (Built Time: 6 months)

  • 5 Dome-Style Earth-Bag Guest Houses: 20’D with 10’D bathroom & shower
  • Cost: $6,000 per dome (4 workers, 1 month)
  • 1 Dome (20’D) – Group Meditation, Yoga, Sound Bath
  • Cost: $6,000
  • 1 Dome (10’D) – Private Yoga, Meditation, or Sound Bath
  • Cost: $4,000
  • 1 Dome (15’D) – Massage, Acupuncture, Aromatherapy, Energy Healing
  • Cost: $4,000
  • 1 Dome (20’D) – Administration Office with Bathroom & Shower
