The decision-making processes in our community vary according to the situation. They’re always handled cooperatively and rationally.
We have several boards of people who oversee various aspects of the community life—for example, Agricultural Decisions, Construction Project Management, Administration, Coordination of events such as our Annual Fair, Maintenance and Operations of our Craft Village and so on. For major decisions affecting the whole community, all members are given opportunity for input and board of directors will make the final consensus.
