Permia is a high-tech community that uses state of the art “minimalist approach” for announcements, security, communications, notifications and to automate controllers for efficiency. The community will have 1 or 2 computer literate and trained residents, running the media and communication aspect as well as being held responsible for social media updates, website and updates, digital filing and printing.
